These couplers are used to secure two fence panels together and the attached fitting is then used to secure it to scaffold tube. This will increase the stability of your fence panels.

You place a fence coupler over both frames of each panel and then as you tighten the bolt on the coupler the two sides pinch together to clasp around the fence panels.
