We are conveniently situated close to the A1, M1 and A421 trunk roads.
From the Black Cat Roundabout take the turning immediately before the A421 signposted to “Roxton”.
Pass Roxton Garden Centre on your left and head for approximately 1 mile.
Turn Right into High Barns Farm (the 2nd turn on the right that goes back over the A421)
